Section 01
Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the player) and 5999 app (the platform operator). They supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — between you and 5999 app relating to your use of the platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirement
Use of the 5999 app platform is strictly restricted to adults who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain of legal age for the entire duration of your use of the platform. 5999 app operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions to open and maintain an account on 5999 app:
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a 5999 app employee.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed on your account, either voluntarily or at the direction of 5999 app.
- Your account has not been previously suspended or permanently closed by 5999 app for any reason.
- All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
5999 app reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending resolution.
Underage Gambling Policy
If 5999 app has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately. Any winnings accumulated during the period in question will be voided and any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) after deducting any amounts wagered. 5999 app will not profit from underage gambling under any circumstances.

Account Registration
To access the full range of services offered by 5999 app — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi network (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk), and an active email address.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 5999 app. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. If 5999 app identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals will be held, and bonus balances will be forfeited in full.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5999 app login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access or use your account, or use any other player's account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 5999 app support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be taken without delay.
5999 app strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on their account. 2FA provides an additional layer of security beyond the password and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Enabling 2FA is available directly through your account security settings and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
5999 app operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of all registered players. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before a first withdrawal is processed, or at any point during an account review. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport (for identity verification); proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months; and a screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number (for payment method verification). Section 04
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
5999 app accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. No currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The following deposit methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 5999 app account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the wallet network. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, payments made from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, it will be reversed to the originating account and your 5999 app account may be suspended pending investigation.
5999 app does not charge any fee for processing deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own terms of service. 5999 app has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party charges imposed by payment providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements on your account balance.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within one (1) to four (4) hours of the request being approved; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days. These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during periods of high demand, national holidays, or where additional account verification is required.
5999 app reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal that exceeds ৳50,000, or any withdrawal that is flagged by our internal risk monitoring systems. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
Section 05
Bonus and Promotions Policy
5999 app offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must place total qualifying bets of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Bets placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to live betting markets at odds below 1.5, and certain table game variants — may not contribute to wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Practices
5999 app operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances, voidance of related winnings, and potential permanent closure of the account involved:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once.
- Using two or more accounts in coordinated play to meet wagering requirements artificially.
- Placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to reduce wagering risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.
- Using bonus funds to place bets that are structured to minimise risk while technically satisfying contribution thresholds.
- Transferring bonus funds between player accounts by any means.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus credits that are not claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically. Once expired, bonus credits cannot be reinstated under any circumstances. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of their active bonuses via the account dashboard.
Section 06
Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the 5999 app platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, table games, and sports betting markets — are operated by certified third-party software providers. These providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, Spribe, and others. The rules applicable to each individual game are those set and maintained by the relevant game provider and are displayed within the game interface itself.
Random Number Generator (RNG) games available on 5999 app use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on 5999 app are governed by the sports betting rules applicable to each market and event. Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket fixtures, the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international tournaments, and FIFA for football events. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was placed and the subsequent official result. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable event-specific rules published on the 5999 app sportsbook.
Malfunctions and Technical Errors
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome or display of any game or bet, 5999 app reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Section 07
Prohibited Conduct
By using the 5999 app platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 5999 app.
- Money Laundering: Using the 5999 app platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. 5999 app maintains an active anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring programme and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
- Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated system to place bets, interact with game interfaces, or extract data from the 5999 app platform without prior written authorisation.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino games, or sportsbook markets.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software error, pricing mistake, or technical fault for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error are subject to voidance.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain access to the accounts of other players, the administrative systems of 5999 app, or any part of the platform's infrastructure to which you are not authorised.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through a mobile wallet provider or bank in bad faith after a transaction has been legitimately processed by 5999 app.
Section 08
Account Suspension and Closure
5999 app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Identification of a duplicate account belonging to the same individual.
- Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
- Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07 of these Terms.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 5999 app support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 5999 app will process any remaining withdrawable real-money balance to your registered payment method within five (5) business days. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests submitted during an open dispute or pending withdrawal review may be deferred until the matter is resolved.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling habits have become problematic may request a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to five (5) years. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and 5999 app, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter through direct negotiation before pursuing any other course of action. Dispute resolution requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, the relevant account information, and the outcome sought.
5999 app will acknowledge all formal written dispute submissions within two (2) business days and aims to provide a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days of acknowledgement.
